FAQs

Common questions, answered.

Are you a reseller or an engineering firm?

An engineering firm first. We hold partner status with the vendors we deploy and can supply hardware at partner pricing, but every engagement is scoped as design and delivery work. If a design does not need new hardware, we say so.

What does "price on demand" mean?

Published rate cards are meaningless for migration work because scope varies so much. We quote each program against your inventory and constraints, show the breakdown per wave, and hold the price unless the scope changes.

What is the digital twin, concretely?

A software model of your fabric — devices, configurations, routing state — built with tools like Batfish and Containerlab from your real configs. Every candidate change is applied to the twin first, and we compare predicted routes and reachability with production before anything is pushed.

Do you work with vendors not on your list?

Yes, for migrations away from them. Brocade, Dell, legacy Cisco, Check Point and VMware NSX estates all appear in our migration programs; the target is always one of the platforms we actively support.

Can you take over a fabric you did not build?

Yes. Onboarding into our AIOps operations begins with a discovery that documents the as-built state and brings monitoring up to our standard, usually in two to three weeks.

Where are you based and where do you work?

Frisco, Texas. Delivery is nationwide, remote-first with engineers on site for cutovers, cabling and commissioning.

What do we receive at handover?

A repository with the full configuration as code, the twin, as-built diagrams, runbooks, test results per wave, and access to the live health portal. Nothing stays only in our heads.
