Old network out, new network in, nobody notices.

Hardware refreshes and platform migrations delivered in waves with parallel running, twin-validated cutovers and rollback windows that are never needed — from three-tier campus to EVPN fabric, from one vendor to another.

What's included

01

Inventory and dependency mapping

Every device, VLAN, route, ACL and the applications behind them, so nothing is discovered mid-cutover.

02

Target design

Modern topology sized for the next five years, reusing hardware and cabling where it makes sense.

03

Configuration translation

Policies and configurations translated to the new platform, de-duplicated, and tested on the twin.

04

Wave planning

Sites or racks grouped into waves by risk and dependency, each with its own method of procedure.

05

Cutover execution

Parallel running, traffic steering, verification against pre-change baselines, rollback ready.

06

Decommission

Legacy equipment removed only after each wave is verified; asset disposal documented.

How an engagement runs

01

Discovery

Inventory, dependencies, constraints.

02

Design

Target architecture and translation rules.

03

Pilot wave

Lowest-risk site or rack migrated and measured.

04

Waves

Remaining estate migrated to plan with verification per wave.

05

Close

Decommission, documentation, optional operations.

Questions we get asked

Do we need a maintenance weekend?

Rarely. Parallel running and wave planning keep cutovers inside normal windows; a weekend is reserved for the few steps that truly need it.

What about hardware we just bought?

It stays. The design reuses what fits and the BOM covers only the gap.
